On November 4th, vote YES to retain all three PA Supreme Court justices.
Billionaires are trying to meddle in our election by confusing voters with misleading mailers and other ads. You might have already received mail insisting you vote no, claiming it will "term limit the Supreme Court" or "protect democracy." All three justices campaigning for retention are democrats, and with its current democratic majority, our state court can stand for fair elections, voters' rights, the environment, and workers' rights, among others.
The retention question will be a yes or no vote for each judge. Vote yes to retain Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht this November.
